If you do upgrade to macOS Mojave then Nvidia say to expect degraded rendering and performance. This also affects any external GPUs that use Nvidia graphics card released after the end of 2013. If you own a mid 2010 or mid 2012 Mac Pro with a 2014 or later Nvidia graphics card this means you should not upgrade to macOS Mojave 10.14, even if you wanted to. This is especially relevant here for some Mac Pro cheese-grater owners who wants to upgrade to macOS Mojave. With previous macOS releases they were usually out within 24 hours. Over 5 weeks after Apple released 10.14, new macOS Mojave compatible Web drivers are still not available for Nvidia graphics cards that were released after the end of 2013.
